    Well, here are 5 quick tips for losing weight quickly and burning the fat that worked wonders for me! And you can get started right away.



    1. More Fruits, More Veggies More Fat Loss Power!

    Got a sweet tooth? Eat more fruit

    Grab an apple,orange or a mango instead of reaching for a sugery snack.This will satisfy your urge for sweets and give you the essential vitamins and minerals you need to power through your day and help you lose weight fast. At meals fill up on raw or steamed vegetables. Remember think organic! (if you can afford it). Aside from being low calorie most veggies are a great natural source of fiber which will help you lose weight fast naturally by keeping you regular.


    2. Forget about the super-sized Pepsi!

    I know it tastes good and all but what your body really needs is water.

    Aside from all the empty calories, alcoholic and soft drinks (with caffeine) will actually drain your body of the water it needs to function properly. Just drink plain water. Don't be fooled into thinking that just because a beverage contains 99% water, that it is just as good as water. It is not!
    Plus, drinking ice water can actually help you to burn fat! Make sure you drink at least 2 liters a day this will flush your system of impurities. Tired of drinking just water? Try green tea!     These are great tips! I totally love them. It's informative and very very helpful. I am guilty of eating while in front of the tv. I do that a a lot . I love eating organic fruits and vegetables but they really are more expensive

    One tip that I can share if you don't want to over eat is to stop eating when you are already 80% full and just drink water to fill you up. You can also drink a glass of water just before you eat if you are comfortable that way. It will fill your stomach a little and leave enough space for your food . It worked for my friend and it helped her lose weight.

    Funny thing is that I eat lesser when I am in front of the tv because I get so distracted with what I am watching . Although I doubt that I will ever lose control. I never want to gain weight again so eating less isn't that bad to me anymore since I am used to it already

    I am impressed by your self control kathy! Controlling yourself from eating delicious foods can be hard and must take a lot of time to "master"

    LOL it's between hunger and gaining weight viktoria and I choose to not lose control because gaining weight isn't good for me since I have a heart condition.

    Sure you can shintan. You just need to be committed to follow it and control yourself from eating what you do not need. It ain't easy but definitely doable.

    Thanks for the tips. They are great to follow! And yes, never never sit in front of the TV and eat as you will not concentrate and will just eat and eat without realizing how much you have eaten. This is the easier way to gain weight...

    Yes it is the fastest way to gain weight for most people. Generally people who are distracted from watching tv don't realize that they have already eaten so much without feeling it go down. So install your tv away from the dining table to put away the distractions and really feel what and how much you are eating
