    Default Liquid Chlorophyll Health Benefits

Who among you here is taking liquid chlorophyll? I have recently tried it because I read so many good things about it. It's said that a teaspoon of liquid chlorophyll is equal to eating a kilo of green vegetables. Now how cool is that?! I take it twice a day the moment I wake up (before drinking or eating anything) and before I go to bed. It is also serves as a detox. Do you know that liquid chlorophyll helps rebuild and replenish our red blood cells, boosting our energy and increasing our wellbeing almost instantly? I did a little research about this before I decided to try it and there are so many health benefits from it that I have to try it too. Some of the known health benefits are:

    • It cleanses the body
    • Helps fight infection
    • Helps heal wounds
    • Promote the health of the circulatory, digestive, immune, and detoxification systems. Increases the number of red blood cells
    • Increase oxygen utilization by the body
    • Reduces the binding of carcinogens to DNA in the liver and other organs
    • Breaks down calcium oxalate stones for elimination (which are created by the body for the purpose of neutralizing and disposing of excess acid)

My grandma drinks liquid chrolophyll too. Its a green liquid that smells and tastes like tea. She adds it in our water and we cannot even taste it. Her ratio is one cap of liquid chlorophyll on a glass of water. And yeah I heard that it's very very healthy and helps rebuild and replenish our red blood cells like iron.

I don't recommend it because I don't know how this will affect others in terms of allergy or medication complications but this is a good product. You can learn more about it online. There are several brands too so you have the option of choosing which one is better for you although I think they are just the same

Wheat grass are now as popular as liquid chlorophyll because of it's health benefits. They are somewhat similar from what I have read online and this is a good health investment. If we cannot eat all that much vegetables, then drinking liquid chlorophyll is indeed a good option. Who wouldn't want to load their body of 2kgs of vegetables anyway?!

Definitely! Of course eating fresh fruits and vegetables are still preferred. This is a great addition to diet but shouldn't be a substitute
