I am with wildman. Only a medical expert can tell what you have. Try to consult a doctor so you know what to do. It may just be because of puberty and nothing to be worried about.

Isn't it normal for men during the stage of puberty to have that condition? I know my brother used to have that but it went back to normal after puberty.
