    Default Workout Motivation?

    If you have been exercising for a long time you sometimes get tired of doing the same routine everyday so it is important to stay motivated. What do you do so you keep exercising and not get bored early and stop? Please share your tips and it may help our fellow weight watchers

    I get bored easily so when I exercise I don't want to look at my watch because it makes feel more tired. Especially when it feels like I have been exercising for eternity and when I look at my watch it's only been 15 minutes and I need to keep going for another 15 minutes. What I do so I keep going is I listen to my favorite beats. I have different playlists on my ipod with 10 - 15 songs each. I listen to the whole playlist and until the last song. I don't feel like I have been exercising for more than 30mins because I am enjoying. Sometimes I also do modern dancing and make sure that I finish 10 songs before stopping. That way I don't get bored. I do shuffle the songs in my playlist so I don't get tired listening to it as well

    I do get bored and tired sometimes. I generally listen to songs as well. Also, sometimes I will watch a movie and watch it only during my workout (on i-phone) and that will last me through two workouts. I don't like to read while exercising as I find it distracting.

    Yeah that's a great idea. When you watch a movie while on a treadmill you wouldn't notice how many minutes have past because you get distracted by watching the movie and not feel every exercise routine you are doing which can be extremely boring especially when you do it everyday. Sometimes I get to point where I feel it's an agony to exercise but I still do it because otherwise I will have to work harder the next days. I don't really deprive myself of food. I still eat the same foods but I don't eat junk foods anymore unless before. And I am not depriving myself of junk foods. I slowly cut it down until I lost interest and don't enjoy it anymore
