Hello everyone! I have trouble sleeping nowadays and it makes me stressed. I normally sleep late at night and then I wake up late in the morning. I am less productive in the morning because I'm normally tired from staying all night. So what I do to past time is watch tv and exercise but even after that I still can't sleep. I also find myself eating a lot more for 2 days now and I don't want it to ruin my weight diet because I have been working hard to lose weight. Please help...

. It's good for the heart and rich in antioxidants which is good for the body. Don't worry because red wine is completely good for the body if you keep it in moderation, that's a glass for women and 2 glasses for the men everyday!
