Default getting the support of friends and family

So basically i started to lead a healthy lifestyle 3 mths ago, i made sure i only eat 1200 calories and im almost there! just need to lose 2 more pounds till i reach my ideal weight(: however i am finding the journey a little hard to carry on, esp when my parents dont give me the proper support and my friends give me the weird look when i refuse to eat fast food or when i dont eat a "proper meal". i mean im currently following the 5 small meals a day rule and i think its so much more realistic than having 3 full meals a day. I am planning to do this for the rest of my life, is that even allowed? haha its really tiring and hard cause everyone basically gives me the "look" and i have to constantly plan my meals before hand. What should i do to lose that last 2 pounds and to maintain that weight for the rest of my life?): Do i have to forever ensure that my calorie intake is of a certain amt, cause it sure is tiring to count every single day.....

losing 2 pounds is realy not a big deal. it can be lost on the first week of dieting. just cut out potatoes and subsitute steam/boiled coliflower. taste almost the same. instead of soda, drink water with meals. have a salad for lunch instead of a sandwhich. these are just a few things to loose the 2.

you sound stressed about these last 2 pounds. i hope that it does not cause you emotional stress and that these 2 pounds are continuously dwelling in your head. while the last 2 pounds may seem hard, think about all the weight you have lost and your success!

maybe if you sit your friends and family down and talk to them and let them know how you feel. there are studies out there that show the benefit of eating many small meals a day instead of 3 full meals and there are tons of studies showing how bad fast food is. so maybe if you sit them down and show them the facts and let them know that you are serious about being healthy, they will understand and be more supportive.

i totally understand that it is hard to count everyday.. it is a lot of work and it is tiring on the brain.. it can be emotionally draining.. i have been there. I think it is just important to be healthy. on top of counting your calories, add in exercise. its all about calorie in and calorie out. so if you go for a run and burn 200 calories, you dont have to count your day's food as much!
