Do you guys have food that you'll never ever ever give up even if you have to lose a lot of weight? I'm in love with bread and boba tea! Even though i'm on a diet, i drink boba tea at least 1 a week and i eat bread as a meal eg for breakfast i eat 2 slices of wholewheat bread(sometimes white bread) and spread (1 teaspoon). I know they are bad but i just cannot help it! Its also causing me to lose weight really slowly. Is it alright for me to carry on satisfying my "cravings" and is bread bad for diets? I heard it is i mean since its carbs but i dont like salads and bread is a better choice than lets say a bowl of noodles right...![]()
