Hi there - want to lose a little further weight for my wedding.
Liking the look of the flat belly diet, even though I love my chicken!
One question - I am quite active and run 3 times a week (between 6-8 miles a time)
On my running days I tend to eat an extra banana or some unsalted nuts as 'fuel' for my run.
generally, how do people find mixing exercise with these diets or are the diets for less active/busier people?
I am thinking 1400 calories intake with an 8 mile run (800 burnt) - will make me, a 80KG man feel pretty wasted.
Any ideas how to balance this? Would I simply good more good calories on these days or do nothing and on running days I am being double effective?
Just wondering!?
