Im having a hell of a time losing the final 40 pounds of my pregnancy weight. I am 5ft3 180lbs. 27 years old. I eat 1300 calories a day and bike with my daughter in a bike trailer 30-45 minutes a day as well as walk on a treadmill 3.0-3.5mph alternating inclines and sprints 25-30 minutes every morning and 25-30 mins in the evening. Im looking at losing 20-25 pounds in 2.5 months. How would I go about doing this? How many calories should I be eating and burning each day to lose 2-3lbs per week? Any help given would be GREATLY appreciated!
