Exclamation Why am I stuck, I can't lose more weight?

Um okay so before I was eating about 2000 calories a day so I cut it down to 1600 calories and did more walking/running/working out, so I lost about 10 pounds in 1 and 1/2 months but then got stuck.

So I lowered my calorie intake my even more and I ate about 1300 and work off lots... I had been using the app "lose it" for about 8 weeks and my normal net calories for a day was between 900-1050, well there are some days my family and I will go out to eat at a restraint and those days I do go over my calorie budget but for an over all week I was still under (I have "Lose It" set to lose 1 pound per week and I for about 3 weeks I was 1,600+ calories under my budget) ... and then I was stuck at 149 pounds...

So I cut out a lot more calories, I eat now less then 500 a day and I lost another 4-5 pounds I am now at 144 or 145 but now I'm stuck again... I don't want to cut out any more, my grandparents are starting to worry also because I'm not eating much...

I DO NOT eat chips, cookies, cake, pie... well junk food in general...
I ALWAYS look for food with the least amount of fat/saturated fat in it

BTW I am vegetarian so I do not think I get enough protein and w.e else meat gives but I still try to supplement it with other stuff like lots of dark green vegetables...

Anyway IDK what to do, how can I lose more weight I was stuck at 149 for about 2 weeks and now I have been stuck at 144 for about 4 days...

Should i cut out more calories? ... and try working out more but the problem ive been running into is I'm always tired and tend to get hungry quite often, but after an hour or so it passes...

    Any suggetions? Thanks

Edit: Im 5f 2in... so yes im kinda cubby thats why I want to be about 125 by the end.

Also once I get to my goal weight how do I keep it off? I fear if I increase my calorie intake again Ill gain it back but I don't want to stay at such a low calorie intake for a long time

well my friend, wt loss is a slow process. loosing it to fast, ends up with bad results in the end. and ya need to eat cos not eating or slowing down slows down the body's internal furnace. subsitute other white veggies with other veggies, drink plenty of water. remember it took yrs to put wt on so it takes a while to take it off. but you have a goal , stick to it. good luck

Well..put everything in moderation. Anything too much can be bad. What really worked for me was taking tiny meals every 2 hours and lots of exercise. After about 3 months, I lost about 45 lbs.

You may need to change your exercise routine because your body might already be used to your physical activity that's why you're not losing anymore after cutting your calories way down. Also you need a minimum daily calorie intake for the body to function well. If you go lower, it may not be good for you body anymore. Don't skip meals either because that will only slow down your metabolism. I think you need to do more exercises and eat a few more calories because below 500 daily calories doesn't sound good to me. If you do make sure you take multi-vitamins to supply your body with it's needed nutrients

500 calories is way too low for anyone. You're a vegetarian so you don't need to worry about overeating, really. What do you eat for snack? I agree with changing your exercise routine and not skipping meals because the last thing you want to happen is for your metabolism to slow down.
