    Default Weight loss advice

    Hi!
Recently I've decided to lose some weight because I put some on after the pregnancy. Problem is that I don't have time to do much exercising because of too much things to do around the house and at work. So a friend of mine recommended me a product called Lipovon. She is using it and was very happy with the result. I want to ask if anyone else has used it and to what effect. Any advice will be helpful
    Thanks

Aftеr уουr pregnancy, normally уουr body wіll still bе recovering frοm thе effects οf child-birth fοr several months. Yουr weight mау gο back tο уουr normal level quickly, especially іf уου аrе under 30 years οld аnd уου wеrе nοt overweight before thе pregmancy. Try to eat a balanced diet and avoid processed foods.

I don’t know this product but I battled and was on and off diets the main problem was the moment I went on a diet my energy levels seems to drop – like in for real and the lower energy levels the higher the cravings. I’m not a lover of sweet things but let me just start a new diet or healthy eating plan and the cravings kick in. My friend introduced me to body2tone, I was really sceptical at the beginning because they also have a healthy lifestyle and recommend exercise – me and exercise, not a good idea! Well this product actually increased my energy levels and blocked those terrible cravings. I’m still not the exercise boffin but I do walk with the dog 4 times a week for 30min now. This is the first time I’m sticking to something for longer than a month and that is saying something. I’m sure there will be something for all of us out there we just need to push the boundaries and find out what our options are. For me having my old friend by my side also pushing hard to lose the extra weight really helped. Good luck!

How long ago did you give birth? Are you breastfeeding? If you are, then I don't think you should be losing weight yet because your child needs all the nutrients from the healthy foods you eat. A very easy and effective exercise to help you lose weight is to walk or run up and down the stairs. It's even more effective than jogging and you can do that anytime at home for 10 - 15 minutes. Doing household chores is actually a good exercise. You just need to incorporate different exercises and of course observe a balanced and healthy diet and you should lose weight.

i guess a proper balanced diet which includes salads, juices without sugar and non-oliy food can make her lose weight.

Balanced diet and regular exercise should. Although it's not easy, it's still best to start early. My friends gave birth and gained her pre-pregnancy body for more than a year.

Diet is important, but it's only one part of your post-pregnancy weight loss plan. You also need to incorporate aerobic and strength training exercises after pregnancy to burn calories and keep your muscles and bones strong. "Exercise, beyond helping you lose weight, provides so many benefits to a new mom," Johnson says. "It helps with depression, it helps with the sleep issue ... it helps in relieving stress - and having a new baby in the house can definitely be stressful.

Totally! My sister was always so stressed when I she had her baby. Post pregnancy weight loss is not easy because the process is not easy. It took her about a year to loss the weight she gained but her body didn't look the same as her hips have grown bigger. I think there are exercises that can help with that too
