Default Need to shed 3 inches or 15 lbs in 40 days...

I have a PRT coming up and I need to lose a few lbs and or inches... I had an injury last year and gained around 25 lbs(achilles tendon injury) I am at 195 currently...

Would tuna wraps with garden vegetable low fat tortillas, light miracle whip, dill relish, a slice of low fat pepper jack cheese, 5 times daily on top of cardio / weight training+hydroxycut do the trick?

    ps; 26 yo male 68" tall 195lbs

I think it should work. The key is the amount and variety of exercises you are doing and your diet. I think the fastest way to lose weight observing low fat and low carb diet with regular exercise. If you're unsure what to do or how to do it, seek help from professional trainers so you know you're doing it right and healthy way.

That's a healthy diet and I am so envious. I wish I can just keep it that way. Very healthy, easy to prepare, and delicious. 5 times a day of these foods will make a difference for 40 days. 15lbs within 40 days is not impossible but you will need to work very hard for it. Good luck and keep us posted of your progress. We're excited to hear some good news

I think the most important thing to do is to follow variety of exercise routines. The target is to burn more calories. I do envy people who have so much self control and discipline because I don't have that. I keep on trying and it take me awhile but I do get there. However, I have a friend who is very determined and have not been tempted to have a bite of pizza for more than 5 years now when it used to be her favorite. Kudos to you usnavymaa and I hope you reached your target. Let us know how it went!

That should work. Tiny meals every 2 hours worked for me. I never starve myself because it makes the whole thing difficult. I mean, when I'm nothing but hungry, I just can't control myself from eating a little bit too much.

Add it with a lot of exercise.

    I lost 45 lbs after 3 months

That's impressive jared! I agree with having small meals every 2-3 hours because it makes you less hungry and you avoid to over eat which is oftentimes the reason why a person gains weight as the body will not be able to burn them all. I'm just taking my weight loss slowly and I don't want to pressure myself too much. I want to want this because I want to be healthier and not for any other reasons.
