. After years of yo-yo dieting and joining this forum, I learned that what I was doing to my body was not healthy and not helpful at all. Although nowadays my sleeping habits has changed a lot because I stay up too late working for months now and I normally wake up late and can't eat breakfast anymore. I just make sure that I eat something when I get up like an oatmeal or a sandwich to keep me energized. Bottom line is don't feel bad if your weight loss is slow because rapid weight loss either is not good for you.
