I read an article from Dailymail and it was published way back in 2008. The article was How three cups of green tea a day can help you lose weight - even if you keep eating junk food | Mail Online. researched showed that drinking Spearole Tea will help melt away pounds.
Spearole Tea is a blend of green tea, spearmint, grape seed and olive leaf. This tea is supposed to help reduce blood pressure and help the body process sugar.
