Has anyone tried some of the HGH Releasers of the market? The manufacturers make some pretty amazing claims about them. They seem to be mostly amino acids and some specific B complex elements and a few herbs. If anyone has had luck with these I would be glad to know about it. I am trying one out myself and at the very least it has motivated me to reduce my sugar intake so I can get more out of the supplement. It is rather hard to know if anything really works without at least a six month trial. The human body is supposed to replace virtually every cell every seven years. So any natural health product, including simple healthy eating, would need some time to show any significant effects. It is one reason I am for lifestyle changes rather than dieting. But with 49 years behind me, my body is just not quite as reliable as it used to be. If I can stimulate my pituitary gland to release some more of the HGH it has been hoarding, it would be most welcome. I am hoping that this is not one of those "If it sounds to good to be true ..." scenarios. I do know that taking Vitamin B stress tablets - something an old retired Air Force doctor recommended to me - turned out to be just as good as it sounded. Lets hope the HGH releasers are the same.
