Thread: What age to start Green Tea?

hey guys, I am 26 years old and i want to start Having Green Tea, but one of my friend told me that Green Tea should be taken after the age of 30. Is there any age bar for having Green Tea?

i never heard of any age requirments for green tea.

I think green tea is safe for all ages probably except for babies. It's natural and healthy and I don't think it's going to cause health issues.
