Avoid like the plague! Herbal treatments are simply unregulated medicine.....the body can't tell the difference between the herbs and the chemicals, but it will react to one just like it can the other.
If you want to work with or experience healthy, lasting weight loss, then do it the old-fashioned way. Eat reasonable portions of HEALTHY FOOD (organic fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean meats, no margarine products), get rid of anything artificial in the diet - especially artificial sweetners, and exercise daily.
That's the only way that truly works, lasts, and promotes good health, because that is the way the body was set up to work.
Anything less than that method is simply trying to override our unhealthy eating habits by enabling us to continue eating crap while still operating under the delusion that we can lose weight and be "healthy".
