Default Are there any diet pills out there that will actually work?

I am a 19 year old girl in college, I work out regularly, and eat as healthy as I can. I know that diet pills aren't necessarily healthy but I want to help my weight loss process with a kick start kind of thing. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what type of diet pills work, and it dexatrim (sp?) or hydroxycut are terrible for your body! Thanks a bunch!

Try to count your calories, write it down any time you eat. Compare to how many are you burning. The type of diet and nutrition are a big part of weight loss. Pills are just some mental attachment, will have very little impact.

Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink lots and lots of water, and exercise to burn all the calories in your body. I also suggest you try eating 5 meals a day instead of just eating 3. Eat just the right amount of food but have them 5 times. It will be good for you because you get full during the entire day and you leave no room for craving anymore. And because you eat frequent times a day, your consumption is lesser and you avoid getting to much hungry. Sometimes this hunger makes you eat fast and more serving which is not going to be used my body anyway.

I agree. Choose to live a healthy life and eat right. Changing your lifestyle maybe difficult but once you see the results in you health, you'll know that you did the right decision. Sleep deprivation also causes weight gain so make sure that you also give yourself good hours of sleep. Eat more foods that are rich in fiber and drink more than 8 glasses of water everyday. Water helps us loss weight and the best and healthiest way to shed off some pounds. I hope this helps

Just exercise and avoid junk foods. Start with that and you will really lose weight. It's slow but you'll appreciate it more. You do not need to starve yourself to be fit. You just need to eat the right foods by consuming more fruits, vegetable, protein and fiber rich foods, lean meat, and drink lots of water.
