urg!! That's scary.. Same with Alli I guess. There are reports of liver related problems on users too. Is it as effective as the first one?

I read some reviews and it says it's not as effective as the original but they say it's safer. So far, there are no reports of any major side effects in taking the reformulated version.
Well, I guess it's expected. At least safer now. It's strange though. I'm sure millions of people where using hydroxycut products before the recall. How come only 23 people were affected? I was just wondering![]()
I started with Weight Watchers then went to Atkins/Sugar Busters and lost
20 lbs...then stalled for over a month...bought Hydroxycut Advanced last week
and after only 4 days moved past the stall and am again losing steadily with
little side affects. I did follow the directions and started with only one tablet
twice a day for three days and then moved to two tablets twice a day and
never take after mid-day and drink plenty of water.
I have plenty of energy, am sleeping well and the pounds are falling off!!
So happy!!!!!!![]()
Good for you tkane. keep it up.. Just be reminded of the fda warning. Thanks for sharing your success story..
I just tried Hydroxycut Advanced for my first time this morning. Took it about 20 mins ago, not feeling nausea yet. I have the new formula, the bottle says it's caffeine free so maybe that's why everyone feels sick, i'll keep posting and let you know if the caffeine free makes me feel sick or not.
Hello
I used to take Hydroxycut when I was exercising at a gym (around 10 yrs ago). Havent tried it since -- one of the admins at the gym told me that they knew many weightlifters that will just drink 1 cup of coffee about 1 hr before a workout. He indicated that they do this because the caffeine triggers the muscles to start using fat as energy before the sugars in carbohydrates sugars. And therefore they get extra energy during thier workouts. But only 1 cup - you dont want to go overboard and get the bad symptoms that coffee is known for as well.
Ive been taking hydroxycut max for women, this is actually my second day taking it, and i feel pretty good, already lost 4 pounds, it might have just been water weight so im gonna keep taking them to see if theyre working or not. I workout daily 6 times out of the week for an hr sometimes twice in a day so im moderatley active i guess and i am on a diet, my calorie intake is 1200, so far havent really experienced any side effects just a lil discomfort in my stomach but it goes away within an hr. and also i can tell u when i first took it yesterday i felt great, when i worked out, it gave me the energy i needed to wanna workout, and my muscles feel sore as if ive been working out non stop, and i like that feeling cause i know im working my body out well. You do have to make sure you drink as much water as possible so that way you dont get dehydrated its important to keep yourself hydrated and like alot of other people say, everybodys body reacts to pills differently and it might just work for you but not for others but hey theres no harm in trying it, if it makes you feel sick then stop taking it, and if it doesnt well hey it might actually help u with the energy to loose some weight. If anyone has any questions or would like to talk more about this feel free to email me. My next weigh in is going to be on the 2nd of july i'll see if theres any changes and keep you guys updated. Bye for now.
I have also been on a couple of days and feel ill as well after I eat. I have also been very irritable
Well like its said some pills work for people some don't, but i actually find that eating and drinking more water helps me calm my stomach it seems like it only starts feeling weird when im about to get hungry its a lil weird but im taking two pills tomorrow instead of one since i feel like my body can handle it, and we'll see what happens. I'll keep u guys posted. bye.
