You've left out a lot of variables that might have caused this, you have to remember that this is a supplement packed with powerful chemicals and herbs designed to make your body work overtime, and you need to adjust your diet and water consumption while taking it. Also be sure that your conditioned to handle it. Any family history of high blood pressure or heart problems, and I would suggest not taking it. Losing 16 pounds in 3 weeks is not healthy, with or without any supplement. The human body is just not meant for that. Think about it, your heart was used to pushing blood through your body at your weight, and then, in three short weeks- BAM! Sixteen pounds of body mass GONE, so now you've changed how hard and how fast your heart needs to beat without giving it any time to adjust. -BL

After taking Hydroxycut crystals in water for a week, I started having severe side effects- so dizzy and off balance that I worried about fallling. I drank all of the water. Plus, I tried drinking only half of it once a day and continue to have residual dizziness. Has anyone experienced this? I came close to going to the hospital with the nausea and dizziness.

Hi i've taken hydrocut max for a while, drank lots of water excersied and ate right...but didnt have much results. Im i doing anything wrong? Im not THAT overweight just trying to lose the love handles! Ive stop after a while because i couldnt fall asleep at night...Now im re-starting...any tips?

I've been taking Hydroxycut, eating about the same and taking some martial art classes. The classes are absolutely killing me now, even with I assume to be ample hydration (though I drink a lot of caffeine in conjunction with the hydroxycut). It definitely seems to be doing something as my weight has balanced out from the holiday overindulgances.

That said, yeah, be careful while using it. Activities that may have been the norm off of hydroxycut may prove to be far more challenging on it. Don't over exert yourself and for the love of everything holy (or otherwise) stay hydrated.

I just starting taking hydroxycut with green tea, and I have had some chest pains, and wondered if it was from the hydroxycut?

Hydroxycut crystals in water? I have not heard about this version of the product yet. Perhaps you should speak with your doctor and make sure that it's a good idea for you to be taking this at all. Otherwise, I would say just pound more water.

Hey i started taking hydroxycut yesterday. When i woke ypthis morning i took the two like it saya to do and i have been drinking water all day. The only thing is my stomach rumbles like i am hungry, even though after i eat it is still happening. i know when i am hungry but i am not. Its a very uneasy feeling. i have also been in the bathroom alot, but not vomiting(if neone catchs my drift).
Ive had a slgiht headache but nothing more serious then what i normally do.
i am nervous about thesefeelings and i dont want to stop taking them just in case this is normal for the first few days, if i stop taking them now and i figure out it is normal then i will just have to start all over again. someone plz help!!

yea i dont think i have expierienced anything really bad ive like only drank 3 botles i the last 2 days cause i do 2 an day befr meals i feel a little nausiated after i drink the bottle and i dont feel hungey but does any one know if the drink mix wild berry has Ephedrine? plz tell me i would like to know till then i wont take them any more thx

I have been taking hydroxycut max for about a week now and right from the getgo i noticed feeling dizzy, I didnt take the pills yesterday and it all went away. My question is has anyone had this and it went away? I want to keep taking them to see if it works and because i paid money for them lol. it was really bad one night that it was a little blurry. I also am even more tired when i take them. I see absolutely no energy increase. Has this happend to anyone and if so please reply!!
