Wow, I've read all of the posts and I have not even started my 1st dose yet. Seems to be a lot of mixed versions. Congrats to those of you who find this product successful. The jitters seems to be the big talk here. Hope I can deal with it. I really hope this works, feeling overweight or out of shape can be stressful on the body and mind. Good luck everyone..........
