Hi Everyone!
I'm new here, I'm 23 and my first diet was when I was 9 years old. I've been struggling with weight loss and body image all my life. As a teenager I developed eating disorders, and gained a lot of weight during recovery. Now, over the past two years I've safely and healthily lost 70lbs and now I'm working on losing another 25-30lbs and toning my body before my wedding in 2011.My biggest concerns are safety and health. I don't want to fall into my old, dangerous habits, but I do want to continue working on my body. I'm limited as to the exercises I can do due to a very bad knee problem, but I do my best and stick mostly to floor exercises.
Other than weight management and exercise my interests include writing, art, photography, sewing, special effects make up, modeling, horror and zombies!
I'm eager to find friends here so we can support each other and trade tips and tricks.I find it's easier to stay safe and on track with a buddy.
