    Smile Hello I'm a newbie!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone I am new to this site and am glad to be here. I am from the San Francisco Bay Area and as of February of this year I was told that I have type 2 diabetes. The reason why I joined this site is to help me to keep the 38 pound I lost off but also to lose more weight if I can. Thank you for letting me join.

I'm sure you can lose them back Oon . Keep trying and you'll achieve your desired weight. Exercise a lot, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and skip the junk and you'll be alright

Hello Oon! I'm sorry to hear that you gained back all the weight that you lost. Just don't lose hope and keep dieting. Take it slow and do not ever skip meals because it will only lead to overeating that will make you gain weight instead of losing weight.

I agree with viktoria Oon. You can start dieting again to lose weight so don't feel bad. I have lost and gained weight before but that didn't stop me from trying. I lost about 38 pounds by counting my calories. I limit my calorie consumption between 1000-1200 daily. I took it slow and lessened my calorie intake slowly too. It took me almost 5 months to lose a total of 38 pounds. It's really hard and is a struggle all the time because I was a big fan of food . However with perseverance and commitment, I was able to get though it. It's just a matter of how badly you want to lose weight and be more healthy.
