    Yeah that is really a nice tip. It's really time consuming and tiring to measure your food all the time but I like it as well lol. I eat salad, sandwiches, oatmeal, and cereals all the time so I like it fresh and prepared a few minutes before I eat them. When my family prepares a good pasta I join them too but most of the time I prepare my own food because I don't want to be tempted to eat a lot. My mom is a good cook and her cooking is difficult to resist once you try them . That's why to save myself from feeling guilty I eat different food and prepare them myself

    I still do eat junk foods but I keep it in moderation. Sometimes it's just too hard to resist them . I like the idea of preparing the food at once and keeping them in tupperware because it does save time and you already estimate the amount of calories in your food.

    Me too! I eat junk and fast foods from time to time but I definitely take extra time to exercise a lot to burn them all so I don't have to be guilty. I don't like the idea of depriving myself of food so I take extra measures to burn those unnecessary foods that I eat. Generally though, I choose to eat right and enjoy healthy snacks

    thanks a lot for all postings.
    . I am trying to loose weight and on low fat diet due to health issue ..
    I lost 7 pounds in a month by cutting down on carbs and eating more fruits, vegetables and very little fat.. I try eating 3 to 4 times in low portion. I am vegetarian so finding it more difficult and do feel more hungry but not giving up !!! want to loose around 15 pounds more.. I take green tea which is helping too !!!
    I love this forum .. though not using that often as i would like to ...
