Yeah that is really a nice tip. It's really time consuming and tiring to measure your food all the time but I like it as well lol. I eat salad, sandwiches, oatmeal, and cereals all the time so I like it fresh and prepared a few minutes before I eat them. When my family prepares a good pasta I join them too but most of the time I prepare my own food because I don't want to be tempted to eat a lot. My mom is a good cook and her cooking is difficult to resist once you try them. That's why to save myself from feeling guilty I eat different food and prepare them myself

. I like the idea of preparing the food at once and keeping them in tupperware because it does save time and you already estimate the amount of calories in your food.
