    You're doing great silence! I don't think what I have is a weight problem . I just don't like how I gained a little more weight over the summer. Weight that I think wasn't healthy as I was eating so much ice cream and drinking a lot of milkshakes due to the heat . I also wanted to load my body with calcium so instead of taking supplements, I opted for a tastier and more natural way. Not having a sweet tooth is a major advantage because you don't crave for foods that are loaded with calories/sugar. I am proud that I have it under control now and I have better skin now that I have been drinking more water!

    You'll achieve 62kgs if you want to silence. If you are focused to your goal, nothing can stop you for sure. Just continue losing weight the healthy way and you'll be okay. Your aim should be slow but more effecttive.

    @mikaela: I'm sure many gained a little more weight over the summer as well so don't feel too bad. I know you have it under control. Having ice cream and milk shakes during the hot season is a must indeed and you shouldn't blame yourself for doing that. Congratualtions on drinking more water now. Keep it up
