    Post hi all...

    I 'm 30 years old, 170 cm and 76 kg now. Approximately a few months ago, on 16 March 2010 I started dieting. I was 97 kg then. It was hard to breathe, hard to sleep. I was eating all the time day and night. We all know how it is. But I have lost 25 kg and became 72 kg. And It was just a perfect feeling to be slim again. However it is not hard to lose weight for me. The hardest thing is to preserve my weight. I am awaking and eating even at nights nowadays.I am afraid of this also. So this is my story. But I am planing to start again and to see my 70 kg. Hope you are not bored reading it over. Finally I just want to say hi to everyone on this struggle. And hope best results for us.

    Hi there! Welcome to diet forums. I am sure most of us here have been through that problem as well. You can do it. Just keep focused and motivate yourself all the time. Good luck and I wish you success in your diet

    thnx alot alot for welcoming meI am so happy to be here yesterday at 3 o'clock. I eat some extra but today I am more determined on my diet. It is important to arrange eating hours first. and after I can maintain the eating hours properly I will decrease my food .This is my first week and I think it is ok to be like this .thanx soo much for your kind supports.

    That's a great development and you should be proud of yourself for taking action into a healthier you. I know it ain't easy to change eating lifestyle but the sooner you do something about it, the better. Hope to hear more about your dieting updates

    thanx so much .but nowadays I am a little bit excited so I thınk I have lost some control. I ate much. yes I know I am on my start only but ıt was hard to control myself wıth so much emotions. the eating habit maybe I should call it eating disorder is somethıng very dangereous. when you get excıted you can lose control. or ıf ı get upset serıously ı agaın lose control of my eatıng. ı dont know what to do maybe ı need a new start from the next week. because when ı am determıned ı can be more controled. now ı feel sorry for myself about the dıet but ı only gaıned 4 kg for now. ı must stop it soon.hope to gıve you more happy news next tıme. ı am so glad for your comments and support. thanx alot.

    Don't be too hard on yourself. You'll get there for sure. You just need to take some time to be comfortable with the diet program you want to follow. Why not try to drink a glass of milk chocolate just before you eat. It'll keep you full and won't be able to eat much. It works a lot for me. Hope to hear more good news from . Take care!

    thnx for suggestion mikaela.I also hoped to give you good news to but I couldnt.I started a new job though .So I will rearrange my eating program and I will soon keep on it, I am sure. Next time I wish that I would be here with how much I lost. I will gladly write my lost weight . Thanx alot for support.
