Hello all.
Just thought I should introduce myself to you all.
My name is Henry Johnson, I work as a dietician and own the diet help resource where I share diet tips and tools with people who really need them.
As a child and a young man I was overweight and in an evil circle. I was of course the easy target for jokes in school and as some of you might know, beeing picked on really grows on you. I became more and more sad and started believing in what people around me said and joked about. In my sadness I just ate even more and boxed myself into my own little world. The only way to really shelter me from the shame and embarresment I did feel at the time. When I turned 19 all of that changed when my doctor sent me to a dietician who was also a life coach. He really didnt put me on a diet, but he gave me goals in life, and I had fun reaching those goals. I began to swim and started jogging and once a week my dietician would jogg along with me. Along with getting more fit and participating in running competitions I started thinking about what i ate and found that if I eat the right stuff I would lose weight and get even better results in my running and swimming.
Along with all of this also came selfestem and it started to grow.
Today I am fit and thin, I was inspired by my mentor and took a degee as a dietician and know work with people who are going through the same hell as I.
