    hello!
    i'd like to lose my overweight without any new diseases
    i have bitter experience in different 'diets'. my diagnosis is chronic gastritis. twice a year i take a handful of pills, so i'm too curious in healthy meal now

    hi loony. hope can lose them till you feel healthy and happy with your weight. that is what I also hope for myself.

    I know how it feels when you lose weight and develop illness. Many dieters are starving themselves to lose weight faster. What they don't know is that they are causing more damage to their bodies if they do that. All of us here are wanting a healthy lifestyle so you are in the right place .     If you go into starvation, your body will only ask for more food later. It's best to take it easy and cut back on your calories slowly. Set a realistic goal and do not be too hard on yourself so you lose weight the healthy way.

    You're absolutely right on that. My cousin always revert to starvation every time she wants to lose weight and she always ends up gaining them all back. The starvation option doesn't work so dieters so forget about this because this isn't the right way to get fit.
