Losing baby weight is a serious problem by many moms because there is no easy way to get rid of it. However, the good thing is you got yourself 2 amazing kids so it's not really a bad thing. Putting on some weight after having a baby is normal and there are definitely ways to get rid of it. You just need to burn more calories by keeping active, eating more fiber rich foods, and avoiding fatty foods.

You're welcome Kriste. I'm glad to help. I read from several weight loss articles that fad diets are not advisable. I did find some tips to help you lose weight. How long ago did you give birth? Because it's not advisable to start losing weight after giving birth. If it has been more than 6 weeks however, you're ready to start? Are you breast feeding? I'll post a new thread on how to lose baby weight and add in all the tips I get from my research. Hope you get some tips that'll work for you.

Breast feeding can help you lose weight but will require you to eat 500 more calories a day to give your body the fuel it needs for that extra energy demand. Cutting your calories too much can lessen your milk supply, and losing too much weight of more than two pounds a week can actually release toxins that wind up in your milk so it isn't safe for the baby.

Hi Kriste! Welcome to the forum! I know it's late but I want to welcome to anyway. I know it's hard to lose the pregnancy weight. You need to be more patient with that since you are breastfeeding and your baby needs a lot of nutrition from you. Don't worry, you'll get there
