    New member here. I love the site. So much information and everyone is so supportive! I'm hoping this is the support group I've been needing to keep me motivated on track.

    cut out potatoes and subsitute with califlower. limit intake of soda. drink more water.

    I am new to the site and have been jumping back and forth trying to take everything in! Looks like a great place to learn new things and to get plenty of support from other members. I can't wait to get to know everyone and get started!

    Hello - I just saw this post -- I posted for the first time yesterday (in the General area) about what I am now doing to be healthy -- not calling it a diet anymore.

    I have been reading the posts for the past week and thought that I should get involved as well -- the more support the better.
