Hey there,
I'm new here so I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. I am 32 year old female who has struggled with my weight all my life. i hope to lose weight to be healthier and to gain confidence. I'm currently 158 pounds but only 5' tall.
My all time high was 176 pounds and I was able to get down to 128 pounds a few years ago which is much closer to a healthier body weight for my size. I would like to get back there again but I struggle with a sweet tooth and tend to use food as a comfort when stressed. I hope to find inspiration and encouragement here. I truly believe the best is yet to come!
