    Hey there,

    I'm new here so I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. I am 32 year old female who has struggled with my weight all my life. i hope to lose weight to be healthier and to gain confidence. I'm currently 158 pounds but only 5' tall.

    My all time high was 176 pounds and I was able to get down to 128 pounds a few years ago which is much closer to a healthier body weight for my size. I would like to get back there again but I struggle with a sweet tooth and tend to use food as a comfort when stressed. I hope to find inspiration and encouragement here. I truly believe the best is yet to come!

    I hope you will get there. good luck and keep consantared on your goal. I am the same when I am stressed, sad, unhappy I tend to eat. but today is second week of my exercises that I do and I feel better .when you start with some exerices in the morning you feel better and dont tend to eat much during the day. I am doing some exercies called the the five tibetian rites.I feel really enegetic after them during the day. but you can make any kind of exerices you like to feel more focused on your goal. I used to do pilates at home with some video recordings they were good too.you can get them from internet.dont ever discard from your goal be more dedicated every day

    Hi there! Welcome to diet forums! We're all happy to have you here in our community. Most of us here understands what you are going through. We know that losing weight isn't easy as we age because our metabolism is a lot slower. You'll be able to lose weight if you eat healthy and exercise regularly. I know having a sweet tooth is very difficult when dieting but always try to resist them. Don't think that you are depriving yourself of delicious foods when you do that because you'll soon give in if you think of it that way. Think that the more you avoid them, the fitter you'll become. I have a sweet tooth too and believe me I struggled on avoiding them for awhile. If I was able to do it, so can you

    Hello there bestisyettocome and welcome to the forum. Hope you have a great time here and yet, best is yet to come! Just hang in there and continue doing a hard work on your diet. It ain't easy as we know. You'll get all the inspiration that you need here to continue losing weight and be healthy
