welcome to the site ciara, and yes loosing wt, or trying to do anything is always much easier if you have someone that is doing the same thing, almost like group therapy, better in numbers,
Hello ciara! I'm also new here and enjoying this site. I know how difficult it is to lose weight because when my sister had a baby she struggled to gain her old shape back. It does take awhile but definitely doable. I am trying to lose weight too and have been having troubles losing it because it's not easy once you have lost all those water weight. You can do it as I believe that I can too. Welcome to the forum!

Me too and I should really be happy about it but I went 3 sizes up so I need to work a lot harder. Gaining weight is no fun because I can't wear stilettos for more than 20 minutes without hurting my legs and feet anymore. And I get tired easily so I need to shed off the unhealthy fats. I know you'll get your pre baby shape Ciara. Good luck
i went from a size 8-10 to size 12-14 after my baby now im size 10-12, just 1 more dress size is what i want to loose, what diet are u doing?
try eating mostly chicken/fish. alternate each other day, with a salad for lunch, after the third day, add tuna with salad, throw in an apple to make the salad more appealiing, use balsmatic vinager, gives it a lil bit more flavor. instead of havinig potatoes, have main course with 2 veggies, cut out the whole milk, use fat free or 2% milk. instead of grabbing a cookie, have a piece of fruit. and also take plenty of water.
i will try that, my husband doesnt help me at all though, and he would get annoyed if i dont eat what he's made me, even though he no's im tryna loose weighthe likes frys etc and buys me chocolate all the time cause when i was pregnant i craved chocolate so he thinks if he doesnt bring me it home im going to be upset even though ive eplained to him that that was just during my preg so finding it really hard.

It's so nice of your husband but I guess you can tell him why you want to avoid eating too much sweets and fatty foods because you want to lose weight. I still eat fries but only once a month. Chocolates probably twice a month but very small serving. I mostly drink water to help me wash off all the toxins from my body. I exercise for 30 minutes everyday by doing 200 crunches, skip rope for 15 minutes, squats, and lift light weights. I have lost 10lbs already in 2 months and I am happy about it. I still continue my routine but the weight loss isn't that easy anymore.
