I am trying to figure out what peoples biggest frustrations are with losing weight? What frustrates you the most with regards to losing weight.

Sometimes you don't lose as much in a given time as you planned to, but plateaus are to be expected. The biggest frustration is probably getting a craving that I don't have enough room left on my daily calorie budget for, especially very high calorie foods (Wendy's baconator; looking at you here).
What are you doing to fight these cravings? Have you heard much about metabolic flexibility? This is something that can allow you to still enjoy your fast food and lose weight? do you know much about this.
Also, thanks for you reply.
I keep myself on a very strict calorie budget. If I'm at my limit for the day and I feel like I really need to eat something I'll just have a glass of ice water and it usually helps. Sometimes I just tough it out though and try to sleep. I haven't really looked into dieting beyond calorie counting except for occasionally looking up foods I eat to see how nutritionally valuable they are (more out of curiosity really), so no I haven't heard much about metabolic flexibility.
