hi all,i m a newbie to this site and confused if in dieting/working out right would be great if people could help
im having a slim fast shake for b/fast then fruit as mid morning snack
another slim fast shake for lunch then a low fat yoghut or fruit mid afternoon
then a healthy meal at time time
i have also started swimming this evening doing 15 laps/30 lengths approx 45 mins
and i plan on doing this every tuesday & thursday
im also going jogging every 2 days but not very far yet as its a killer but still trying to do what i can
i am 13.5 stone/86kg approx which is overweight bordering on obese my healthy weight should be 11st
do you all think im doing enough or any help how to get rid of this belly would be great
