    Default Renal Diet Guidelines

Anyone who has suffered from kidney problems would know what a pain it is knowing the right food for your particular condition, In my case I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease just under 3 years ago (nephrotic syndrome - FSGS). If you have diabetes that compounds the problem.

I recently bought a book that not only gives an excellent overview of how kidneys work and what haappens when they are damaged but gives stacks of information of what diet should be followed. It finishes up with over 100 pages of recipes, all Kidney Disease friendly and gives alternatives for Diabetes sufferers.

For anyone that's interested I've written a blog to review the book. I've attempted to present a comprehensive and honest overview of the guide and hope you find it suitable to meet yours or someone you know dietary needs.

For those of you that choose to get it let me know what you think.
    Many regards
    Dave

Kidney failure is a serious health condition that needs to be treated with a lot of precaution, or else it could lead to waste products and fluids building up in the blood. These could endanger a patient’s life, and therefore following all renal diet guidelines is an absolute must.
