Thread: im 15 and Im getting my lap band.?

I get my lapband next month. =]
but I'm really scared I'm going to die in surgery, or right after surgery. anyone have any advice??

When you go into surgery, ask the nurses or doctors to repeat positive sayings to you as they make you go to sleep.

Any surgery has these risks, but the positives out weigh the negatives with this surgery!

Did you speak to a psychologist about this surgery? this will take its toll mentally, so you should talk to a therapist before the surgery.
