Thread: anyone get the LapBand surgery?

were you happy with the results and long did it take you to lose the weight and how much did you lose per month on average. Only asking because I'm getting the procedure in March.

My parents had this procedure done in late september and have already lost over 60lbs. each. Lap band is a much slower process where you do not really lose quickly, it is intended to resemble more of a normal weight loss process. They each lose around 2-3 lbs. per week. Good luck!
