Ew. Don't do any crazy surgeries. They're painful and some can end your life, Hon. Be smarter than that.

Exercise. Diet. And all that jazz.

I'm sorry, exercise helps, but not a cure. The only real thing is to have a tuck when the weight loss is final. By the way, the last picture looks like a place I know. Massachusetts?

Deena

I agree with you that you are beautiful and sexy and I admire you for trying to become healthy. I am on a bit heavier side myself. In my opinion the best way to lose weight and still be healthy is the natural way. The Cosmetic Surgeries, diet regimes and now surgeries are not a healthy way. In true medical sense you should not lose more that 2-3 Kgs a month. This type of weight loss is permanent.

I would suggest you Yoga or Naturopathy as fields to take advise in

First of all, I am not advocate of putting society on meds for depression. That's the problem with our society, always doped up on something or another. I also think it's not a great idea to go under the knife unless your situation is dire. Yes, you are overweight but you are not bed ridden or unable to be physically active. I would suggest just having a very strict diet and exercising. Maybe speak to a personal trainer and your family doctor, they may be able to point you in the right direction. I think you are too young to even consider drastic measures that involve surgery.

And yes, you were very beautiful when you were younger and you still are and that hot smoking body you fore mentioned is still there. Just be willing to work hard at it to get it back. It won't happen overnight, just like the weight didn't happen over night. It's unfortunate that the medication aided in this but you will overcome it. Just be patient and work hard at it. God Bless.

You need to get together a plan for weight loss. 5 small meals a day, tracking your calories, and exercising almost every day for at least 30 minutes.

The exercise alone will help your digestive issues, and will help you lose weight.

Given your history for depression, I would recommend making this a goal for yourself, to help you restore your self-esteem. The risk and reward are much better for you.

E-mail me or ask a follow-up question!
