Thread: what is better akavar 20/50 or alli?

i love to know which is better to use akavar20/50 or alli to lose wieght. i need to lose wieght majiorly before i get a lapband operation

What I do know is that Alli cause anal leakage if you go off track of the specific diet even once.

Akavar by far! Alli is pretty messy, and Akavar seems to work really well for me.
