    This is too good to be true. You maybe able to lose weight in 5 days but it is less likely to maintain it. If you want a long term plan, then stick to the natural and very healthy way of losing weight. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and exercise. You will never go wrong with that

    I definitely agree with you mikaela. If you lose weight that fast, you'll gain them all back fast too. It's best to take it slow and maintain it than rushing your weight loss and then get back to square one. Nothing beats eating right and staying active to burn all those unused fats

    I lost 38-40lbs by counting my calories and consuming 1000-1200 calories per day. I lost all those weight in 2 months and maintaining my ideal weight for more than 3 years already. Bottom line is, if you want to maintain it without hurting your body by dieting too much, you take it slow. Cut down 50 calories every week until you get used to the calorie count that you want to consume per day. You will definitely lose weight if you do it right.

    Of course you must not forget to exercise to tone your body. You skin will sag if you don't do body toning. It will also keep you more energized and active

    Right! I didn't do that while I was starting so I had to work hard to tone those muscles. I was thinner but had bigger and sagging belly that did not look very nice. I did manage to tone them after a month and a half of exercise

    does not look like healthy way of loosing weight.. 2 pounds a week is the one which is good and it stays

    You are absolutely correct NKR. Losing 5kgs in 5 days is really not healthy and should not be a good way to lose weight. Losing 2lbs a week is very reasonable and should be the way to trim down.

    It will definitely last long! You will eventually gain all the weight you've lost if you crash diet. And it's never good because our body needs enough calories and nutrients to perform well. Now you cannot be getting all the nutrients that your body needs if the plan makes you lose 5kgs in 5 days.
