My opinion is that HMR meal replacements are the best tasting meal replacements available. The HMR meal replacements include shakes, puddings, entrees, multigrain cereal, and bars and can be combined with your favorite fruits and vegetables for a nutritious and delicious meal. The HMR meal replacements are convenient, portable, and can be prepared in just a couple of minutes! Visit Full Life Center for Weight Management to find out more about HMR meal replacments and the HMR at Home Program, the same weight loss program used in major medical centers nationwide. Some are into meal replacements and some still prefer the conventional way of losing weight by eating a balanced meal and avoiding the junks. I have not tried any yet but I think that this will be helpful to busy people who don't have time to cook. Instead of skipping meals, these meal replacements can give your body all the nutrient it needs to function well. We all know skipping meals have lots of health disadvantages so the easy preparation of meal replacements are very much convenient to all dieters

I have tried meal replacement bars because I often have less time to eat breakfast. It does give you energy and a great alternative to breakfast instead of skipping it because of fewer calorie counts. Not to mention that they are balanced too. Although I have to say that I still prefer to eat home cooked meals.

I haven't tried any meal replacements yet but I think I'd like to try one soon as it is better than eating oatmeal, sandwiches, and cereals all the time.

That is indeed better kathy but you have to take note that nothing beats natural foods. Keep it in moderation and do not replace all of natural foods with these alternatives. It's best that you stay fit the healthy way. Eat meal replacements with fruits and vegetables so you get all the nutrition that your body needs to function efficiently.

Thanks for the advise mikaela! I will do so. I just think that they are better than just eating the usual foods that I eat. If they are balanced and has fewer calories, the better.
