I have done 5 meals a day before and I agree and it does speeds up my metabolism. I don't really get hungry and I feel like I am able to fight cravings. However, recently I have been very busy and I don't have time to cook. These days I have been only eating twice a day and I feel terrible. Any suggestions on what I can eat to help speed up my metabolism?
