    Default Is anyone doing the 5 small meals a day

    Just curious if anyone was following the five small meals a day plan?

    I am Erin. It actually helps me avoid the craving when I get hungry. I eat very small serving but I eat 5 times a day. It really helps me lose weight without starving myself and without feeling hungry. I eat fruits in between meals so it's most of the time heavy and very healthy

    Eating several times a day is better because you do not get hungry at all. You eat very little amount only so you avoid getting hungry and over eat. I eat healthy snacks like fruits or cereals to fill me up. It's healthy and guilt free

    I eat several times a day too. Usually I eat small amounts during the regular meal time but I eat fruits in between to keep me full and help me avoid craving for too much food when I get hungry. I don't normally eat snacks between breakfast and lunch because the wait time is not that long . I eat snacks twice before I go to dinner. Normally I eat apples or grapes or cereals, so when dinner time comes, I only eat very little amount and I am already satisified .

    That is a great way to stay healthy and fit sasa! Eating fruits in between meals will definitely make you feel full longer and will also help you avoid over eating. Plus you give your body enough vitamins and fiber that it needs to function well.

    Eating more than 3 small meals a day is really good because it keeps the body full and not over eat. I don't really eat several small meals, but I do drink fresh milk in between meals to keep me full. Sometimes chocolate milk does the trick as it stops me from craving for more food. You can try it too. Half a glass of chocolate drink only has 90 calories and it will fuel you up until the next meal

    That seems like a great way to stop craving and over eat in between meals. Not only that, chocolate drinks are also good for us women because it replenishes and repairs our muscles. And it's rich in calcium too!

    Yes i eat 6 small meal in a day .3 in afternoon and 3 in night when i am going to home from the food street.

    6 meals a day huh? Does that include snacks? Anyway, I think it's okay to eat as many time as you want as long as you don't go over your daily calorie limit.
