This is a helpful and very informative post! I love eating fruits too and it's nice to know how much calorie we take in our body if we eat these fruits. It's also good to know that these fruits have very little calories so we know which ones we can eat more often

I am such a fan of fruits. My mom has a big appetite for fruits instead of junk foods. That is what I like about her because she influences me in eating right. I just didn't know how much calories are in the fruits that I love to eat. Having a big appetitr for fruits really keeps me fit becuase they are healthy and I rarely eat junk foods because my mom doesn't like them

Good for you sasa. I wish it's that easy for me to turn away from junk foods. I still crave for them once in a while but I try to consume very minimal serving to avoid gaining weight. And I also make sure that I drink plenty of water to cleanse my body of all the toxins from the junk foods that I consume. If I have extra time, I also exercise more to burn them all

I know right? I have all these fruits in my fridge and I eat them for snacks or as a dessert. It's also great to eat them before meals since it makes me feel fuller before I even finish the foods in my plate..

i'm curious, are these fruits juices also low calorie or the content of sugar makes them high calorie?

Well for fruit juices, not all of them have sugars because there are 100% natural juice from the fruits. Just choose the one that is sugar and preservative free. Fresh fruits already have sugars and that makes up some of the calories on fruits. I however, prefer fresh fruits than fruit juices because of the dietary fiber that you can get from it.

I totally agree with you sasa but I have to add that eating fresh fruits also make you full and that you cannot get from fruit juices. It does contain more dietary fiber and can substitute a portion of your meal to cut back on calories
