hi is there any members who are on lipotrim ?
I started this yesterday and so far havent felt hungry at all

I read about those but I haven't tried them yet. It's similar to medifast right? Are there any side effects?

Yes, it's similar to medifast since they both replace normal food with nutritionally balanced alternatives. I heard that it works too and it's also safe since your body is still getting all the nutrients that it needs to function.
