Protein shakes has fewer calories and seems to be healthier compared to meal replacement shakes but meal replacement shakes helps you lose weight faster. If you replace 2 meals a day with this, how long will you see the result?

I have considered using this a month ago but I didn't go through with it. I'd also want to know how much I'll lose in a month if I did replace at least one meal a day.

That would depend which plan would choose. If you choose Slimfast, your daily calorie intake is 1200 - 1400 and you replace 2 meals a day (preferable breakfast and lunch) and you will have a 600 calorie dinner. This plan also you to eat 2-3 100-calorie snacks a day and drink 6-8 glasses of water. As a result, you could lose 1-2 lbs a week.

Thanks sasa. You don't have to buy meal replacement products. You can actually make your own meal replacement shakes and adjust your diet the same way as the plan.
