Here are two interesting meal replacement recipes I found which you can easily make at home:
Creamy Peanut Butter Shake
peanut butter - 2 tbsp
milk - 1 cup
vanilla protein powder - 1 scoop
chopped peanuts - 1/4 cup
ice cubes - 4 pcs
Just blend all these ingredients together and they are ready to drink. Be sure to pre-crush the peanuts first if you want to have a very smooth shake.
Orange-Mango Smoothie
orange juice - 1/2 cup
peach low-fat flavored yogurt - 1/2 cup
frozen mango pieces - 1 cup
vanilla protein powder - 1 scoop
sliced almonds - 2 tsp
ice cubes - 4 pcs
First, blend the orange juice, yogurt, mango pieces and protein powder together. Next, add the almonds and them blend again. Finally, add ice cubes and blend until they are crushed.
You can substitute some of the ingredients to lower the calories. These are good substitutes to breakfast especially if you don't have the time to prepare a meal.
