anything 100% whey protein isolate...fave is Champion Cookies and Cream. Mixes smooth with water, it's low calorie, low carb andhigh protein and can be mixed in oatmeal, smoothies andeven in coffe and tastes good.
Pre-mixed I like Worldwide Pure Protein in Vanilla or Cookies N Cream.
Theprotein keeps my hunger at bay and helps me keep lean muscle without packing on the pounds.
Ensure was too high in carbs/calories for me and Slim Fast tasted yucky plus I take a multi vitamin that had those vitamins covered. Weight Watchers left me hungry.
This was my experience, you have to find what works for you and your taste buds. My rromate can't stand the Champion and will only drink EAS products like muscle milk or their brand of whey protein. I can't stand the smell or texture of it so I stay witht he Champion. Whatever works for you...it also depends ifyou are truely looking for a meal replacement and what reason you want that replacement...weight loss, because you travel and don't have time to eat a meal etc...watch the calories on some of that stuff...
