Default is this a reasonable meal replacement?

i just made a 20 ounce smoothie with frozen strawberries, fresh banana, low fat vanilla yogurt and skim milk. i'm planning on drinking it in place of lunch. does this seem like a reasonable meal replacement?
i should say i'm not exactly overweight, just trying to shape up after having my baby. i'm trying to lose about 10 pounds.
i had a banana and some dry cheerios for breakfast...i was feeding and my son and myself at the same time. hahha. i usually have something a bit more adult.

mmm yummy.. that sounds good. i use to have those regularly for breakfast. now you are asking if its a reasonable meal replacement. well that depends on your age and how much you weight. also depends on your activity level.

I make smoothies also. I use a low fat protein mix (there are some great ones for women), a banana, 1 T. natural peanutbutter w/flax seed (I promise you can't taste it), 1 c. low fat milk and ice. You recipe sounds good too, but if you tire of that try this, the protein is good and the fiber in the mix keeps you full longer, that's the nice thing about protein powders.
