Default odwalla bars as meal replacements?

I am thinking about using odwalla bars as meal replacements. One for breakfast and one for lunch to lose weight, and then a third healthy meal. I am also taking a fiber supplement, as I know some of the bars are low in fiber. Furthermore, I had planned to have the Super Protein bar for at least one of the meals a day so I get enough protein. All together the calorie intake would be about 1500 a day, with healthy snacks like fruit and nuts. Of course I would excercise as well, most likely 30-45 min a day. What do you think?
Also has anyone tried this? Or does anyone know about how many pounds a week I can expect to lose?

I am not quite sure how much calories you will lose but definitely your diet is going to help you lose a lot of weight. 1500 calories a day is enough to help you shed off some pounds fast, plus daily exercise. Make sure you also drink plenty of water to cleanse your body well. It will help you lose more weight.
